Bu Şartlar ve Koşullar ("Anlaşma"), Esen Life mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanırken kabul ettiğiniz şartları ve koşulları düzenlemektedir. Lütfen bu Anlaşmayı dikkatlice okuyunuz.

Bu Şartlar ve Koşullar, Esen Life mobil uygulamasının kullanımını düzenlemektedir. Bu Anlaşma, taraflar arasında oluşturulan tek sözleşme olup, Uygulama'nın kullanımı sırasında uygulanacak yasalar tarafından düzenlenir.

Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
a. Uygulamayı kullanarak, yasaları ihlal etmemeyi, diğer kullanıcıların haklarını ihlal etmemeyi ve Uygulama'nın normal işleyişini aksatmayacak veya engellemeyecek şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
b. Uygulamada sunulan hizmetlerin kullanımı sadece yasal amaçlarla gerçekleştirilmelidir.
Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
a. Uygulama ve içeriği üzerindeki tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları (markalar, telif hakları, patentler vb.) şirketimize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir.
b. Uygulamada sunulan içeriği kullanırken, bu içeriği kopyalamamayı, değiştirmemeyi veya dağıtmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Gizlilik Politikası
a. Uygulamanın gizlilik politikasını okuduğunuzu ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Gizlilik politikamız, kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.
b. Gizlilik politikamızı dikkatlice okumadan veya kabul etmeden Uygulama'yı kullanmamanızı öneririz.
Sorumluluk Reddi
a. Uygulama, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Herhangi bir garanti verilmemektedir ve Uygulama'nın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir taahhütte bulunulmamaktadır.
b. Uygulamayı kullanmanız sonucunda ortaya çıkabilecek herhangi bir zarar veya kayıptan şirketimiz sorumlu değildir.
Diğer Bağlantılar
Uygulama, üçüncü taraf web sitelerine veya hizmetlere bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu bağlantıların içeriği veya güvenilirliği hakkında herhangi bir sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz.
Anlaşmanın Değiştirilmesi
Şartlar ve Koşullar bu Anlaşmayı istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişikliklerin yayınlanmasından sonra Uygulama'yı kullanmaya devam etmek, değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Anlaşmanın Feshi
Şartlar ve Koşullar, siz veya şirketimiz tarafından istendiği takdirde herhangi bir zamanda sona erdirilebilir.

Terms and Conditions for Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Esen Life mobile application ("Application"). Please read this Agreement carefully.

Acceptable Use
a. By using the Application, you agree to not violate any laws, infringe upon the rights of other users, and use the Application in a manner that does not disrupt or hinder its normal functioning.
b. The use of the services provided in the Application should be for lawful purposes only.
Intellectual Property Rights
a. All intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, patents, etc.) in the Application and its content are owned by us or our licensors.
b. By using the content provided in the Application, you agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the content.
Privacy Policy
a. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
b. We recommend that you carefully read and accept our Privacy Policy before using the Application.
Disclaimer of Liability
a. The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Modification of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Esen Life mobile application. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and shall be governed by the laws applicable during the use of the Application.
